As the president of VRDS, Mr. R. Srinivas Rao has played a pivotal role in establishing the organization and steering its growth since its inception in 1997. With a strong passion for rural development, especially in areas like women’s empowerment and child welfare, Mr. Rao brings a wealth of experience and vision. His leadership ensures that VRDS remains rooted in its mission to uplift communities and foster socio-economic development.

Mrs. K. Lakshmi – Executive Director

Mrs. Lakshmi has been a driving force behind the strategic direction and program development at VRDS. With over 15 years of experience in non-profit management, she has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at education, health, and women’s empowerment. Her ability to manage complex projects and build strong partnerships has significantly contributed to the organization’s success in reaching rural populations.

Dr. S. Madhavi – Program Coordinator, Health & Well-being

Dr. Madhavi leads our health and wellness programs, ensuring that underserved communities receive adequate medical care and health education. With a background in public health and experience working in rural healthcare settings, Dr. Madhavi designs and implements health camps, awareness programs, and hygiene initiatives that improve the well-being of women and children.
